Roger started his career at Basildon Development Corporation, joining in 1979 as a sandwich student and permanently in 1981. During these early years, Roger worked in the commercial department on a range of projects including neighbourhood shopping parades, retail park developments and the ambitious plans to roof the town centre.
Roger moved to St Quintin in 1986 where he headed the shopping centre management team for a number of years before running both management and asset management instructions for a wide range of clients including Prudential, Royal Sun Alliance, AXA, Pillar and Dusco.
After 13 years at St Quintin, Roger went ‘client-side’ joining Munroe K Ltd in 2000.
Roger manages to fit the occasional track day around various essential DIY projects on a previously neglected 70s house he bought a few years ago.
