Richard has been managing shopping centres since he started work as a graduate surveyor at Healey and Baker in 1983 and during his career has been involved in the management of over 30 different shopping centres.
Whilst at Matthews and Goodman, Richard was responsible for the asset management of the entire Lloyds Bank Pension Scheme retail portfolio where his duties included the negotiation of rent reviews and lease renewals, renegotiating leases and instructing independent consultants and letting agents.
Other previous clients include Prudential, British Steel Pension Fund, Haslemere Estates, Grosvenor Shopping Centre Fund and Shell Pensions Trust whilst his current clients include Frogmore and Vale Retail.
Richard is a keen sports fan and still manages to play football for a local vets (that’s as in elderly not animal surgeons) team and enjoys the occasional round of golf when he gets the opportunity.
