Paul spent the first nine years of his career negotiating over 400 rent reviews and lease renewals in the landlord and tenant discipline.
For the last 14 years, he’s been in a variety of management and asset management roles mainly within the shopping centre arena but also office developments. Previous clients include Pillar, Haslemere, Dusco, Thornfield, GE Capital and Chartwell Land. His current clients include ING, Frogmore and Munroe K Limited.
Work, family and a house in need of repair, don’t leave much spare time but Paul just about remembers enjoying the occasional game golf.
