John spent the first five years of his career undertaking a wide range of valuation, rent review and other landlord and tenant work primarily in the retail sector.
For the last 16 years he has specialised in the management and asset management of shopping centres and retail parks throughout the UK. During this period he has also undertaken management consultancy and development set up advice on a wide range of shopping centres, factory outlets and retail parks and worked on the refurbishment and re-modelling of 3 major food courts.
Previous clients include Grosvenor, Hermes, Pillar Property Plc, Crown Estate and Insight Investment. His current clients include ING and British Land.
Outside of work, young family and a long commute, John can usually be found on a golf course or planning the next trip to Le Mans / Silverstone / Brands Hatch. And staring into an empty garage awaiting delivery of the next track car...
