The White Rose Office Park is a 27 acre business park three miles outside Leeds. The original home of telephone banking in the UK, the park is owned by a dynamic, hands-on property company which has transformed the development beyond recognition over the last 10 years.

Our wide-ranging role includes property management, lease re-gearing and other asset management initiatives, as well as active involvement in the letting process from heads of terms to detailed lease negotiations. We have also been closely involved with the development of new buildings and prepared and negotiated complex turnover-based lease provisions in respect of the park’s catering and café facilities.

We also carry out all of the landlord and tenant work at the site, conducting rent review and lease renewal negotiations including Arbitration submissions, on everything from small office suites up to the biggest office on site (74,000 sq ft on a single floor plate). This requires a detailed understanding of lease terms, the local market and the office park as a whole.

White Rose Office Park is a challenging and continually evolving site, requiring a hands-on and flexible approach to working – particularly within a large team of external professionals.
