We are now managing agents for the fourth owner of the Haymarket over the last ten years. This in itself is no small achievement and over the period of our involvement, working closely with the centre management team, we have built up invaluable knowledge of the property, leases, tenants and the city.
Solicitors, letting agents, architects, marketing consultants (and clients) have changed throughout this period, and we’ve become adept at slotting in seamlessly with each new team to ensure we maintain the highest standards of service.
Our role encompasses the full range of property management services including rent and service charge collection, service charge budgeting and administration, tenant liaison, dealing with tenant applications, maintenance, security, cleaning, the employment of centre management staff, health and safety and promotional campaigns for the centre.
We’ve helped to increase mall income and reduce non-recoverable costs for successive clients. A number of future capital projects will see the Haymarket evolve and improve further as Leicester continues to grow in regional importance as a result of the extension of the Shires/Highcross Quarter.
Following our retention by ING, we have since been appointed by them to manage The Spindles and Town Square Shopping Centres in Oldham, The Strand Shopping Centre in Bootle and Church Square Shopping Centre in St Helens.
